In its first event of the academic year, the Oxford Labour Law Discussion Group will host a round table discussion of the report:  Good Work: The Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices (BEISS 2017), available at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/good-work-the-taylor-review-of-modern-working-practices.  The report has potential implications not only for labour law but also tax law, company law, and probably other legal subjects as well.  Contributors to the discussion will include: Hugh Collins, Paul L Davies, Sandra Fredman, Mark Freedland, Judith Freedman and Jeremias Prassl. There will be plenty of time for other contributions and discussion of the key issues.
