Effective cartel enforcement - The public and private dimensions

This session will focus on both public and private actions for cartel offenses. While the instructors are American lawyers, both have significant international experience.  The session will have a global focus. The first part will address actions by competition law enforcement authorities and focus on immunity programs as the key to successful public prosecution.  The second will address private actions on behalf of injured parties to secure remedial damages.
