An interdisciplinary symposium featuring Philippe Sands QC, Cathryn Costello, Charles Foster, Jon Herring, Helena Kennedy QC, and Natasha Simonsen, this is the launch event for the Fiction and Human Rights Network at TORCH.

A historic collaboration between Oxford's Faculties of Law and English, lawyers, literary scholars, philosophers and political theorists discuss the relationship between the modern novel and conceptions of dignity in legal theory and practice.
