Even though the efficiency of infrastructure projects that are implemented in conjunction with the private sector is under question, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) are continuing to be an important part of public service delivery. Energy and power PPPs, taking into account sustainable development goals, have great significance. The presentation aims to address some of the issues that energy projects are facing: namely liability for third parties’ damages and the impact of Covid-19 on the continuation of projects.
