The seminar forms part of the series 'Issues in Comparative Constitutionalism', organised by Professor Aileen Kavanagh. This seminar is being co-organised by the Programme for the Foundations of Law & Constitutional Government.

Panel discussion from Professors Adrian Vermeule (Harvard), Paul Yowell (Oxford), Richard Ekins (Oxford) and Aileen Kavanagh (Oxford) will focus on Paul Yowell's new book, Constitutional Rights and Constitutional Design, published in 2018 by Hart Publishing.
