Conor Quigley QC specialises in European and Competition Law and is widely regarded as the leading expert at the Bar in the law of state aid. In addition to practising as a barrister with Serle Court in London, Conor is also a research fellow at the University of Oxford's Institute of European and Comparative Law and has previously held positions at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford and the College of Europe. On Friday the 20th of November at 14.00, Conor will be discussing the interaction between state aid and tax law, an area of burgeoning importance given the ongoing EU Commission investigation into member state practices on granting advance rulings.
