Participants must come to the workshop having read Prof. Erie’s paper and have comments or questions. The goal of the workshop is to provide a deep and critical reading of the draft paper in order to give feedback to improve the paper.

Participants should not come if they have not first read the paper. To receive a copy of the draft paper, please email Xiao Mao at xiao.mao@bnc.ox.ac.uk. Please note that the draft paper is for purposes of the China Law Discussion Group only and the paper is not to be forwarded, cited, or circulated beyond the CLDG.
