Former Attorney General and current Chair of Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee, the Rt Hon Dominic Grieve QC MP, explores the legal and constitutional challenges arising from Brexit, the recent judgment in the High Court and the Government’s continuing commitment to scrap the Human Rights Act. The talk forms part of the Wadham Human Rights Forum, and will be chaired by its Warden, Lord Macdonald QC.
