We are delighted to invite you for a virtual event marking the publication of Implied Licences in Copyright Law by Poorna Mysoor, Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow and eJRF at Queen’s College, Oxford.

The book proposes a predictive methodology for implying copyright licences rooted in fundamental principles of private law, to respond to copyright infringement. We are very fortunate to have Professor Ben McFarlane (Oxford) who will comment on the private law aspects of the book, Dr Patrick Goold (City University of London) and Dr Emily Hudson (King’s College London) who will each direct their comments to copyright law and its interface with private law. There will of course, be time for questions from the audience and discussion.

Registration for this event is now closed - if you would like to attend, please email: info@oiprc.ox.ac.uk
