The symposium (SLS Annual Seminar 2022) brings together equality lawyers and those involved with the Oxford Human Rights Hub and the British Academy project: Exponential Inequalities. The project considered the role of equality law in times of crises such as the current pandemic, across a range of comparative jurisdictions including the UK, US, Kenya, India, South Africa, Colombia, Australia and Brazil. The symposium now brings together leading experts on equality law to consider the wider implications of crises on the future of equality law. The provisional schedule is below.
