At the Hilary Term meeting of the Conflict of Laws Discussion Group, Professor Briggs will explore the ways in which the implementation of Brexit (as matters stand) has shaped the rules applied by English courts to determine questions of jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, with an eye to the future.
