Faculty members speak at conference on the legal response to Russia's war in Ukraine.

Professors Dan Sarooshi KC and Dapo Akande  spoke on the first panel at the Conference organised by the Embassy of Ukraine to the UK entitled 'Legal Response to Russia's war in Ukraine', which was held at Middle Temple, London, on 9 December 2022. 

The conference brought together senior representatives of the British and Ukrainian governments, as well as leading human rights and private law experts, for a series of panel discussions. It was opened by the UK Attorney General and the Ambassador of Ukraine.

Professors Sarooshi and Akande spoke on the subject of state responsibility in the International Court of Justice arising from Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
