CSLS launches new executive education course: InfoLead

For five days during the first week of December 2024, CSLS members brought together a group of twenty policymakers, legal practitioners, and judges for a new executive education course. InfoLead developed a unique curriculum around information disorder and information integrity to strengthen participants’ skills to respond to legal and policy challenges.

Our evidence-based approach explored, for example, how citizens assess the trustworthiness of information accessed or shared through social media, the growing role of AI and mechanisms that shape online interactions, and new initiatives such as the Digital Services Act and the EU’s AI Act. The course equips participants to take part in public debates in a meaningful way. The InfoLead project, in partnership with the University of Florence and the University of Helsinki, is supported by the European Media and Information Fund (EMIF), including the Gulbenkian Foundation.
