Academic Visitor to the Faculty appointed Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy"

Dr Volodymyr Venher, Academic Visitor to the Faculty of Law, has been appointed Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy". 

Dr Venher, Executive Director of the Kyiv-Mohyla Rule of Law Center, is visiting the Institute of European and Comparative Law (IECL) and Brasenose College this academic year.  His research project while a visitor is on 'Limiting legislative discretion: scope, constraints and principles for Ukrainian Parliament'.

It is expected that Volodymyr Venher will take up his role as Dean of the Faculty of the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" on August 1, 2023.

He was recently interviewed by IECL Director, Professor Birke Häcker, about his work and his experiences at Oxford.
