The 9th IBFD Frans Vanistendael Award

The 9th IBFD Frans Vanistendael Award has been won by Richard Collier (Saïd Business School's Centre for Business Taxation, Richard also teaches on the MSc in Taxation at the Law Faculty) and Ian Dykes, for their paper “On the Apparent Widespread Misapplication of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines” as published in volume 76, issue 1 of the Bulletin for International Taxation.
