Taking the fundamental rights implications of EU legislation more seriously - Elise Muir (KU Leuven)

For our first seminar, we are joined by Professor Elise Muir (KU Leuven), who will present on the topic of “Taking the fundamental rights implications of EU legislation more seriously". 

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 23 April 2024, 1pm - 2pm UTC (please note this is not our usual day). As always, the event will be hybrid. For those of you who are in Oxford, please join us in person. The seminar will take place at the Faculty of Law, St Cross Building, IECL Seminar Room. A light sandwich lunch will be provided before the meeting at 12.30pm outside the room.
