R (on the application of Day) v Shropshire Council: A Conversation with Dr Day

On Thursday, 16 November 2023, we will be joined by Dr Day, who initiated proceedings in R (on the application of Day) v Shropshire Council [2023] UKSC 8, to discuss that case. Dr Day will be joined in conversation by Professor Antonia Layard. The event will take place in the White & Case Room in the St Cross Building.
