Dr María Guadalupe Martínez (IE University) will be presenting a paper on Punitive Damages in Argentina and Mexico: Rethinking the Scope of the Public Policy Exception from 1:00pm to 2:00pm GMT at the 14 St Giles Seminar Room, St John's College. This is a joint event between the Obligations Discussion Group and the Institute of European and Comparative Law.
