The Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, and the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law, University of New South Wales are delighted to announce our joint doctoral online workshop on public law. This event will be co-hosted by the Bonavero Graduate Research Forum. The workshop will be an opportunity for current doctoral students at Oxford and UNSW working in the broad fields of public law, democracy, human rights, and/or the rule of law to present their work-in-progress and receive feedback from academics at both institutions.

There will be five one-hour Zoom sessions over the course of the week, with two participants in each session - one from each participating university. Participants are expected to read all papers in advance and to attend all sessions of the workshop. The workshop will run on Zoom from Monday, 25 November to Friday, 29 November 2024 (between 08h00 – 09h00 GMT and 19h00 – 20h00 Australian Eastern Time each day).

The features papers will be announced in advance of the workshop. If you are interested in attending our sessions, please email Gideon Basson (gideon.basson@law.ox.ac.uk) and join the BGRF newsletter using the link below.
