Leo Katz, is Frank Carano Professor of Law at UPenn Law School at the University of Pennsylvania and will be presenting the second paper of Michaelmas Term: “Circumvention of Law and the Hidden Logic Behind It”.

This seminar takes place in Massey Room, at Balliol College, University of Oxford (Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BJ) at 5:00pm on Thursday 24 October.
