Are you ready for an inspiring evening? Join us on June 6th at the Centre for Criminology (Seminar Room) for a screening of the powerful short documentary 'Fighting To Live, While Waiting to Die’.

Directed by Billie Melissa Rogan, 'Fighting To Live, While Waiting to Die’, dives deep into the life of Billie Allen, who has been on US federal death row for over 25 years with a case of innocence.

As we approach the US election in November, his case grows more urgent each day with the real threat of another Trump-led government.

In the documentary, Rogan paints an intimate portrait of the man whose chance of survival hangs in the balance. It's a film that will move you and get you thinking about life in a whole new way.
