The central aims of the Institute are:

  • to broaden and expand the pool of talented young scholars & practitioners working in these fields
  • to connect them to elite scholars and practitioners from around the world
  • to facilitate interdisciplinary dialogue
  • to build space for future collaborations.

Our programme changes each year depending on current events, emerging issues in technology and policy, and the interests and expertise of the participants. The emphasis is on facilitating stimulating discussions and debates that continue outside of the seminar room.
