Overseas working

The University provides detailed guidance for any UK-based employee working overseas.  If you are proposing to work overseas for any length of time, please take a moment to review the list of overseas working arrangements that may need further consideration and check the other information on the website; and contact Emma Gascoigne, personnel@law.ox.ac.uk if you think it may apply to you or would like more advice. 

The Faculty would only support a case that might fall under the Global Mobility Policy if there were a clear operational requirement that the person undertake their duties overseas, which is not expected to arise other than in truly exceptional circumstances.
