This series of online events is part of the broader project, COVID-19, public policy and commercial law, funded by the COVID-19 Research Response Fund.

Focusing on selected jurisdictions, speakers from academia and industry offer their reflections on the policy response to an anticipated wave of business bankruptcies associated with the COVID-19 crisis, and analyse the ways in which the policy response may permanently alter this jurisdiction's commercial law.
