OUP and ICCA National Mooting Competition

The Oxford University Press (OUP) and The Inns of Court College of Advocacy (ICCA) conduct an annual national mooting competition that attracts more than 50 teams from across England, Scotland and Wales. The 2020/21 edition will host 32 teams. Following two preliminary rounds, selected teams will compete in the semi-final round and the final round.

Oxford's team entered the final round of the competition in 2018/19. Oxford teams also won the competition (then known as the OUP and BPP National Mooting Competition) in 2009/10 and 2006/07. In addition to certificates, trophies and substantial cash prizes, the winners earned the opportunity to participate in BPP Law School's pro bono programme.
