The seventh annual Middle East Regional Rounds,  hosted in partnership with Faculty of Law, British University in Cairo, took place from 3 to 7 of February, 2019 at British University in Cairo.

Winner of Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 is Cairo University, Egypt

Runner Up of Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 is The British University, Egypt

Best Speaker in Finals of Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 is Ahmed Sheir, the British University, Egypt

Best Memorials for Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 goes to Cairo University, Egypt

Best Memorials Runner Up for Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 goes to Ain Shams University, Egypt 

Best Oralist for Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 goes to Leila Khaled, The British University,  and Sara Zaki, Cairo University

Best Oralist Runner Up for Middle East Regional Rounds 2018-19 goes to Meshleen Deeik, Birzet University and Youssef Youssry, The British University

The teams qualifying to the International rounds in Oxford are:

Eligibility

Please note that teams from the countries/regions listed below must apply to Middle East Rounds  in order to qualify for the International Rounds in Oxford.  Teams should check which Regional Round applies to them, if there is no applicable Regional Round they may apply directly to the International Rounds.

Middle East Rounds:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
