The fifth annual Middle East Regional Rounds took place from the 30 January to the 2 February, 2017 at Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt.

Winner of Middle East Regional Rounds 2016-17 is Ain Shams University, Egypt 

Runner Up of Middle East Regional Rounds 2016-17 is Cairo University, Egypt

Best Speaker in Finals of Middle East Regional Rounds 2016-17 is Ibrahim Sabra

Best Memorial for Middle East Regional Rounds 2016-17 goes to Ain Shams University, Egypt

Best Memorial Runner Up for Middle East Regional Rounds 2016-17 goes to Cairo University, Egypt

Eligibility

Please note that teams from the countries/regions listed below must apply to Middle East Rounds  in order to qualify for the International Rounds in Oxford.  Teams should check which Regional Round applies to them, if there is no applicable Regional Round they may apply directly to the International Rounds.

Middle East Rounds:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
