Associates
There are three categories of Associate at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies:
a. Senior Associates are prominent scholars who have had a longstanding relationship with the Centre, or whose association with the Centre enhances its reputation. This status will be offered by invitation, and not by application.
b. University Associates are scholars holding an established post within the University of Oxford, who are engaged in research in an area of relevance to the CSLS. This status is granted via either application or invitation.
c. CSLS Postdoctoral Associates are fixed term research Fellows whose contract has ended but who continue to contribute to the research culture at the Centre. These appointments are granted via application, and will be awarded for up to two years. Candidates interested in these positions should contact the Director who will put the application to the General Purposes Committee for consideration.
