Biography
Sophie Cartwright is a Research Associate at the Centre for Criminology and the senior policy officer at the Jesuit Refugee Service UK where she conducts research relating to immigration detention, forced migration, and the asylum system. She has previous experience of supporting people through the asylum system, and holds a PhD in theology.
