Biography
Jane is currently reading for the Master of Studies in Legal Research. Her thesis will examine the doctrinal significance of the copyright ‘quotation exception’ introduced into UK statute in 2014.
Jane was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Victoria, Australia, in 2008. She has worked in law firms in Italy and Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws, each from the University of Melbourne.
