IT Resources

The University has good IT facilities. The Manor Road Building IT team can help with PC logins, email, printing, software queries and connectivity issues. They are based on the 1st floor; see https://it.manor-road.ox.ac.uk/ or email itsupport@manor-road.ox.ac.uk from your Oxford email address).

There are also other sources of help and training: the University’s Central IT Service, based at 13 Banbury Road, can help with a wider range of IT topics and also offers a year-round IT Learning Programme. (Helpdesk (6)12345). Both online resources and face-to-face courses are available, at no cost or at a low charge for students.

You are expected to adhere to the University’s IT rules at http://www.it.ox.ac.uk/policies-and-guidelines.  These rules govern the use of IT across the University. We also recommend that students familiarise themselves with the University’s Information Security Policy and toolkit at https://infosec.ox.ac.uk/want.
